Fans are mooning over F1 race car driver Valtteri Bottas’ new calendar!
He added, “Final figures to be calculated in the next days, but we are talking around $150k of funds raised!”
Five euros (about $5.46) from each calendar — the initial run of which quickly sold out 10,000 copies — goes to prostate cancer research,Reuters reported.
The Alfa Romeo driver got the idea for the pin-up calendar after a photo of his bottom was well-receivedon Instagramin May 2022.
Bottas posted the snap, in which he was shown baring all while skinny-dipping in a stream in Aspen, Colorado, and it went on to receive more than 440,000 likes.

“I have had questions, people asking me ‘Why did you do that? Why do you want to show your ass?’ " Bottas toldspeedcafe.comat the Las Vegas Grand Prix earlier this month. “But then when I explained the charity aspect, people got it, and we had so much fun, as you can imagine, taking those pictures.”
Another person who gave some pushback was his mom, he told the outlet.
“I did get a message from my mom asking ‘What is this?’ ” Bottas said. “She doesn’t really understand English that well, and she had seen some videos I had posted. She was quite confused and protective, asking me ‘Are you sure that’s the path you want to go?’ So I explained the charity thing, and it’s fine.”
All of which to say this isn’t the first time Formula 1 fans have seen Bottas' nude bottom.
In season 3 of the Netflix docuseries,Drive to Survive, Bottasallowedfilmmakers to record him and a friend chatting naked in a sauna. The scene got a lot of attention from fans and other F1 drivers.
“Imagine I’m not the first to comment on it, but still not sure how I feel about seeing ALL of Bottas inDTS,” McLaren driverDaniel Ricciardoposted on Twitter at the time after watching the episode.
“I guess it’s the birth of Bottass. Dammit, we’re immature. All I’d recommend is a tan. Was sunglasses sorta stuff. Otherwise, fair play lad,” he added.
