Gisele Bündchenis dropping a gem of parenting knowledge.
The supermodel, 43, shared some advice forThe Tonight ShowhostJimmy Fallonduring her appearance on the show Thursday night, as he prepared for his daughtersWinnie Rose, 10, andFrances Cole, 9, to head into their teenage years.
“You wait,” Bündchen teased. “I mean, it’s amazing having teenagers and pre-teens, but…”
“A little different?,” Fallon asked, before noting that he didn’t want his relationship with them “to change.”
The model, who sharesBenjamin, 14, and daughterVivian, 11, with ex-husbandTom Brady, 46, told him that “you learn so much” parenting pre-teens and teens.
“The most important thing [is] you have to make time to have conversations, because, I think, you know, they are changing, every day is a whole new world,” the supermodel said. “And it’s so important to kind of talk, it’s a huge thing.”
She also shared an update on her son, who turned 14-years-old in December. “Benny’s taller than me,” she proudly shared with Fallon.
Bündchen previously noted the height change in an Instagram post dedicated to theteen on his birthday,in which she showed a photo of Benjamin standing taller than her as they stood back-to-back.

TheNourishauthor also opened up about how her children wereadjusting to their new normalin the wake of her and Brady’s divorce during a chat withRobin Roberts, 63, earlier this month.
“I think there are easier days than others but I think it’s amazing that the kids…they’re super smart children. They know what they can get away with," Bündchen said of co-parenting with Brady.

Bündchen said that the kids are adapting to the different rules at the different houses and getting used to that. She added that for right now, she is focusing on “the balance” of things.
“Tom has to have time with them, and I have time with them, which I think is amazing because they get to really experience more enrichment for their lives,” the mom continued. “Two different worlds and they get to learn from two different worlds and that’s wonderful for them I think. They’re so big.”
