Thistimber - framed house in Osakalooks a bit like the unfinished blueprint for a Mondrian painting . And though it might look as though it ’s incomplete , that ’s how it was intend .
design by Nipponese architects Suga Atelier , the House of Cedar is made up of a cross - bracing accumulation of rectangle and straight windowpane , three of which can be opened . The raw theme stay on throughout the entire lieu , with hardwood floor and expose ceiling beams . You do n’t enrol through the frontal , but rather through a room access on the side of the house which is hidden under a faceted first storey bulge . Though it looks like a work in progress , it ’s somehow beautifully complete . [ Deezen ]
