The tower is designed to fit into the banks of West Hong Kong Harbor where its distributed fuel pod will connect with the city ’s transportation fabric . The strange arrangement of the fuel pod will be bridge over together by pipelines over the water , work with the existing depot . Though situate on the water ’s edge , residential and commercial-grade spaces will be all accessible by car — all the direction to the top .
