On March 18, the interior designershared a snap on Instagramthat saw her“mentally escaping” an escape roomwhile wearing a sleeveless blouse, wide-leg jeans, and, most notably, a pair of supportive-looking platform sandals. While platform shoes aren’t new — stars likeKatie HolmesandJennifer Anistonhave both sported chunky footwear in recent weeks — Gaines’ stylish pair offered a fresh take onspring-ready sandalsthat comfortably took her outfit up a notch, both literally and figuratively.
